Step 2: Send the application back to us with requested supporting information to:

Step 3: We begin the credit review process and contact you, keeping you up to date on the progress of your application and assisting you in any way possible. We handle all of the negotiations, financial analysis, document preparation, and procurement.

Step 4: We present financial information to you in an easy to read and understand format.

Step 5: Bonds are sold as part of our pooled program.

Step 6: Bond closing and proceeds become available.

Commercial Paper Program
You can apply for this program at any time and funds are generally available within 30 days. The application listed above can be used for both programs. Simply check the appropriate box(es) on the first page of the application to indicate which program(s) you are applying for.
